Patrice Gouin’s love for books began at age 3, when learning to read opened the door to a world of imagination. By age 8, she started filling her personal notebooks with short stories, and poetry, to bring her own thoughts and ideas to life. In 2025, she discovered the confidence to let her stories reach beyond her notebooks, into files that would become published works. First was the romantic comedy Blindly Yours: Love, Friendship…And Comedic Chaos, a debut which was very well-received by readers.
Soon after Blindly Yours was released, she began working on Bound2: Will She Ever Meet “Mr. Normal?”. What began with a very young girl, and a love for words, has grown into a lifelong journey of reading, writing, and sharing stories with the world. Patrice’s own bookshelf is a mix of romance, historical fiction, and psychological thrillers. A Long Island, N.Y. native now living in the East Bay Area of California, she also enjoys swimming, dancing, and trying new foods.
